Sacred Sky Yoga’s youth program empowers strength and confidence physically, mentally, and emotionally with playful yoga and aerial flows. Students will experience:
Mindfulness breathwork
Flexibility & alignment warm-ups
Core strengthening rotations and inversions
Relaxing floating meditations
Greater confidence and positive thinking in everyday life
Suspended a few feet from the ground, explore new and traditional yoga postures and build to incorporating high flying yoga asanas and aerial transitions. Utilizing an AYRx therapeutic aerial swing, build whole-body strength and flexibility that expands and aligns spinal posture for maximum health and nervous system relaxation. Aerodynamic movements increase mental focus. Soft jersey triggers release in the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. Each class ends with an ultimate transforming reset – floating cocoon meditation. Leave feeling strong, confident, and uplifted, carrying these postures and perspectives into every day and every situation.
Sacred Sky Aerial Yoga classes are hosted at Metta Yoga Studio in Corte Madera. This bright and tranquil space is conveniently located two minutes off Highway 101.

This aerial mindfulness program builds upon each week to safely increase skills and stamina, therefore a full season commitment with regular attendance is required to participate in this unique empowerment fitness program.
